Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 August 2026
[CLIENT TO VERIFY — NOT LEGAL ADVICE] Drafted for review. EZ Fix must confirm the pricing, warranty, cancellation and out-of-hours terms below before this page is published — particularly the warranty section, which needs to state exactly what "lifetime" covers and excludes.
These terms cover your use of this website and any repair enquiry you send us. They are not the full terms of a repair job — those are given to you in writing before any work is carried out.
Using this website
This site is provided for homeowners and businesses looking for garage door repair in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro. Please don't misuse it, attempt to interfere with it, or submit false enquiries.
Enquiries and estimates
- Submitting the form is a request for contact. It is not a booking and does not create a contract.
- Price ranges shown on this site are general guidance for typical residential jobs in the DFW metro. They are not a quote.
- Your actual price is confirmed by a technician after inspecting the door, and is given to you before any work begins.
- Oversized, custom, insulated and commercial doors are quoted separately.
- Advertised discounts apply to qualifying completed repairs and cannot normally be combined with each other. [CLIENT TO CONFIRM]
Scheduling and availability
EZ Fix advertises 24/7 phone availability and a 30–60 minute arrival window across the DFW metro. Actual arrival time depends on your location within the metro, traffic and the calls already scheduled; dispatch will confirm a realistic window when you call. [CLIENT TO VERIFY — confirm the arrival window is a guarantee and state any exclusions]
Payment
[CLIENT TO CONFIRM] — accepted payment methods and when payment is due.
Warranty
[CLIENT TO VERIFY] — EZ Fix advertises a lifetime warranty on parts and labor for eligible repairs. The exact scope, the definition of "eligible", any transfer rules on sale of the property, and the exclusions must be stated here before publication.
Safety
Garage door torsion springs and cables are under extreme tension and can cause serious injury. If a spring has broken or a cable has come off, stop operating the door, disconnect the opener using the manual release, and call a professional. Do not attempt to adjust or replace springs yourself.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
